The Rylan’s Miles to Miracles Foundation will be participating in the March of Dimes “March for Babies” on April 25, 2009. If you’re not familiar with this event, the March for Babies is comprised of a 5 mile walk that begins in Ashland, KY’s Central Park and travels throughout the town’s neighborhoods. Participants raise money by gaining sponsors that pledge money per mile or in a lump sum. But the best part of it all is the fact that 77% of every dollar that is raised, goes directly to improving the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.

There’s still so much we can do to help not only the NICU’s, but also all babies born with complications. The March of Dimes is an incredible, far-reaching organization that can help on a National level.
